Refund & Return Policy

Return Timeframe:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@wolfclaw.us with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
  • Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@wolfclaw.us for further assistance.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Items on sale or marked as final sale
    • Damaged or worn items

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, depending on the situation.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely. Wolf Claw is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@wolfclaw.com. Provide your order number and detailed photos of the issue so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
