Iron-on patches setting instructions using an iron:
Step 1: Choose your placement by laying your garment on flat, heat-safe surface. Decide where you want to place patch. Make sure the fabric is clean and wrinkle free.
Step 2: Preheat your iron by setting it on medium-high heat (MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF THE STEAM OPTION).
Step 3: Position the patch by placing it with adhesive side down. Cover it with a thin cloth, pillowcase, or parchment paper.
Step 4: Press the iron firmly over the patch by 30-45 seconds. Apply the steady pressure and don’t move the iron around.
Step 5: Flip and press again (OPTIONAL)
Step 6: Allow the patch to cool so the adhesive sets properly. Avoid tugging or wearing the cloth for at least 1 hour.
Sew-on patches setting instructions:
Step 1: Position the patch by placing it where you want it on your garment or gear.
Step 2: Secure it temporarily with using pins or fabric glue to hold it in place while sewing.
Step 3: Use a needle and thread or sewing machine to stitch around the patch’s border. For strong hold, stitch through the middle if possible.
Step 4: Use strong thread for heavy-duty function, especially for leather or outerwear.
